Overview
CDL Class B Driver - Operator at Austin Powder Company. Are you looking for a career to be home nightly, including weekends? Do you enjoy being hands-on, working outdoors and driving in a safety-first culture?
Responsibilities- You will inventory, load, unload, transport product and work at our local distribution center and customer job sites as you safely handle explosives.
- You will drive and operate Mobile Manufacturing Units (MMUs) and learn the technical aspects of staging our product in the field at customer job sites.
- You will balance driving with hands-on tasks and stay active (ability to lift 50 lb).
- You will complete a full work week (Monday - Friday) with job satisfaction from contributing your best effort.
- Have your CDL w/ Tanker/Hazmat endorsements with a clean driving record (consideration will be given to CDL holders needing endorsements).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lb and perform hands-on duties.
- Local, home-nightly schedule (Monday–Friday); flexibility for the job requirements as described.
