External Job Description
Responsibilities- Safety First – drivers are responsible for safely transporting team members to and from inventory events in a timely manner. Adheres to traffic laws and driver safety requirements, conducts and completes vehicle inspections, maintenance, and daily cleaning.
- Count and record inventory with precision; accuracy matters.
- Follow a clear, consistent workflow.
- Move between inventory locations, often walking or standing for extended periods.
- Meet daily performance goals and participate in productivity-based wage increases.

- Must be at least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver and at least 18 to drive a personal vehicle for business needs.
- Experience in Retail, Stock, Customer Service, Cashiers, Sales Representatives, Driver and/or Warehouse work is preferred.
- No inventory experience? Training is provided; discipline is the requirement.
- Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts.
- Comfort learning handheld scanners or count tools.
- Strong focus and attention to detail; reliable attendance and consistency.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude.

- Access to reliable transportation.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.
- A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience.
- Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening and MVR check in accordance with company standards.
- Familiarity with GPS devices and navigation to assigned locations.
- Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours, including very early mornings and/or late nights.
This position requires standing for prolonged periods with occasional walking; ability to perform repetitive motions; occasional low squatting, kneeling, or crouching; frequent use of ladders; ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.; frequent travel via car and occasional travel by plane, including overnight stays.
