CDL Class A Driver; Transport - St. Cloud, MN

Offering a $10,000 sign on bonus for CDL Class-A drivers!

The CDL Class A Driver (Transport) is responsible for driving a tractor‑trailer combination or straight truck to transport parcels between terminals.

• Monday-Friday, 10:30 PM — through completion of route
• 10–15 hours of overtime expected each week
• Paid OT at time and a half after 40 hours per week
• $23.00–$27.00 per hour, based on experience
• +$5.00 shift premium for start times between 5:00 PM – 4:59 AM

• Conduct a pre‑trip inspection before driving to ensure that mechanical, safety, and emergency equipment are in good working order
• Turn in pre‑trip form and complete mileage and maintenance forms
• Drive between terminals to transport parcels
• Maintain all required certifications required by DOT and company safety policies
• Wash the exterior of tractor and equipment daily
• Assist other drivers with loading, delivery, or pick up as needed

• Ability to operate a manual transmission
• Must possess or have the ability to obtain a doubles/triples endorsement
• Must possess good customer service and organizational skills
• Must be able to work independently and make quick decisions

• At least 21 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Hold a valid CDL Class A driver's license with a good driving record that meets company standards

• Ability to pass a DOT physical
• Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly up to 100 pounds occasionally
• Full range of motion with no limits on grasping, standing, squatting, stair climbing, walking, etc.
• Ability to work with all types of freight which include, but are not limited to hazardous material, perishable food and alcohol, firearms, ammunition, and live animals
