Driver - CDL

Position Overview

White Cap is hiring a CDL A or B Driver to coordinate and deliver products to customer job sites. The role involves using a truck‑mounted forklift to unload shipments, following DOT regulations, maintaining accurate manifests, and assisting warehouse staff with order preparation.

• Coordinate and deliver products to customer job sites.
• Use a truck‑mounted forklift (Moffett or Piggyback) to unload shipments at job sites.
• Follow DOT regulations and vehicle maintenance schedules for safe operation.
• Ensure manifests and all paperwork are accurate.
• Assist warehouse staff by pulling and preparing orders for shipment.
• Perform other duties as needed.

• Minimum of one year of CDL driving experience.
• Valid state CDL A or B license with all relevant endorsements required for the equipment operated.
• Strong sense of safety and compliance with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.

• At least two years of commercial driving experience.
• Forklift certification.
• Proficiency in Spanish.
• Hazardous Materials endorsement for transporting hazardous materials.

$21.30‑$29.90 per hour (Minnesota law requires the posting of the salary range for advertised jobs).
