CDL-A Truck Driver Run OTR Out 21 Home 7-100% No Touch – $90‑$112K (Full Time)

CDL‑A OTR Truck Drivers can earn $90‑$112K per year while working only 40 weeks of the year (9 months on the road and 3 months off) and driving no‑touch freight.

We operate a 100% no‑touch freight fleet, 85% of which is drop‑and‑hook.

• 12 months of OTR experience in the last 15 months, including at least two months driving in the Northeast or Upper Midwest during December, January, or February.
• No OTR experience on I‑40 or similar short‑haul routes counts.
• No DOT preventable recordable accidents in the last five years.
• No more than two moving violations in the last three years, none major (e.g., 15+ mph over, reckless, lane violation).
• No more than two incidents; total moving violations and accidents must not exceed three.
• No DUI in the last eight years and only one in a lifetime.
• Never failed or refused a DOT drug or alcohol test, regardless of how long ago.
• All felonies and misdemeanors must be at least ten years old.

• Trucks are on average 18 months old.
• Each truck includes a fridge, microwave, inverter, APU, flat screen TV, and XM radio.
• Models include Freightliners, KWs, and Internationals.

• Runs across the following states: IL, IN, KY, WV, MI, OH, PA, NJ, TN, DE, MD, VA, CT, RI, MA, NC, SC, GA (no service in New York).
• After 21 days, drivers park at a company facility in OH, PA, or NC; the company pays for flights home and back.

• Starting pay based on experience and hazmat qualification, ranging from $0.67‑$0.72 CPM.
• Full benefits commence after 60 days, including bonus, PTO, medical, dental, 401(k), and more.
