As a Delivery Driver
, you’ll begin your shift at the delivery station by preparing your assigned vehicle, organizing packages, and getting everything ready for your daily route.

Once your vehicle is loaded, you’ll head out in a company-provided delivery van to complete scheduled stops throughout the St. Paul area.

Your route may include residential neighborhoods, apartment buildings, businesses, and other customer locations. You’ll spend much of your workday independently on the road while staying active and moving between delivery stops.

• Safely operate a company-provided delivery van.
• Deliver packages to residential and commercial customers throughout the St. Paul area.
• Load, sort, and organize packages before beginning your route.
• Use the provided delivery app and GPS navigation to locate and complete assigned stops.
• Follow traffic laws, safety requirements, and company procedures.
• Perform required vehicle inspections before and after each shift.
• Lift, carry, and handle packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Frequently enter and exit the delivery vehicle throughout the workday.
• Handle packages carefully and complete deliveries accurately.
• Provide professional and friendly service when interacting with customers.
• Maintain communication with dispatch and operations throughout your shift.
• Request route or delivery assistance whenever needed.
• Complete assigned delivery routes safely, accurately, and efficiently.

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Safe driving record.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must successfully complete required background checks and pre-employment screenings.
• Able to lift and handle packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable with an active position involving driving, walking, lifting, and frequent vehicle entry and exit.
• Able to work outdoors in varying Minnesota weather conditions.
• Dependable and punctual with reliable attendance.
• Comfortable working independently and managing an assigned daily route.
• Positive and professional attitude.
• Previous delivery or professional driving experience is helpful but not required.
