Salary Range: $55,000.00 To $75,000.00 Annually

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee warehouse workflow and support day‑to‑day operations to ensure orders and materials are processed accurately, efficiently, and on time.

• Supervise, coach, and support warehouse team members
• Communicate job expectations and provide ongoing performance feedback
• Monitor warehouse workflows to ensure operational efficiency and accuracy
• Help maintain productivity, safety, and quality standards
• Delegate tasks and assist with employee accountability and discipline when needed
• Work cross‑functionally with departments such as Inventory, Purchasing, Pricing, and Operations
• Assist with resolving operational issues and identifying process improvements
• Support customer service expectations by ensuring timely and accurate warehouse execution
• Step in and assist with warehouse duties as needed to support the team and daily operations

We’re looking for a leader who is organized, dependable, and comfortable making decisions in a fast‑moving environment.

• 3–5 years of warehouse or related operational experience
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience preferred
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities
• Thorough understanding of warehouse operations and workflow management
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Comfortable using desktop computers and warehouse systems
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet operational deadlines
• Team‑oriented mindset with a willingness to lead by example
