Compensation: $17.00 per hour – paid weekly

Schedule: 1st shift | Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

Job Type: Temp-to-Hire | Full-time

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Warehouse Stager workers for a leading automotive parts supplier in St. Cloud, MN. In this role, you’ll support outbound warehouse operations by staging parts, preparing pallets, and helping ensure accurate and on‑time deliveries. • Scan stock and special‑order parts from one tote to another while ensuring totes do not exceed 50 pounds.
• Create and verify accurate pallet and tote labels for each order.
• Sort, scan, and stage non‑convey items to the correct pallet.
• Assist with loading trucks, ensuring all ordered items are on the correct truck.
• Clean and organize the staging area, including garbage, cardboard, pallets, and properly stacked totes.
• Work closely with other warehouse team members to efficiently fill and stage orders.

• Basic verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Ability to occasionally bend, squat, stoop, and kneel with or without reasonable accommodations.
• No prior warehouse experience required – entry‑level candidates welcome.
