Warehouse - 1st Shift Pickers

The Mission

As a Warehouse Full Time - 1st Shift Picker at Viking Coca-Cola, you’ll help keep our distribution engine running fast, clean, and customer-ready. This role exists to protect inventory accuracy, drive productivity, and support zero-error loading so our customers get what they expect—every time.

• Pick and build stable, accurate pallets for outbound delivery
• Use RF scanning and basic inventory systems to verify product and quantities
• Handle materials safely to reduce breakage and prevent out-of-stocks
• Maintain strong safety habits and follow OSHA-aligned warehouse standards

• Safe material handling and pallet-building ability
• Basic math for precise order fulfillment
• Physical stamina; able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Teamwork and practical problem-solving
• Forklift experience preferred

Your day starts Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM at 4610 Rusan Street in St. Cloud. You’ll plug into the rhythm of a high-velocity warehouse—scanners beeping, pallets moving, and orders lining up for delivery. Throughout the shift, you’ll stay sharp on accuracy and pace, keeping product flowing while minimizing damage and surprises. You’ll work side-by-side with a focused crew, communicate quickly when something looks off, and finish the day knowing the trucks roll out stocked, organized, and ready for customers.
