• 4 to 8 years of proven Program/Project Management experience
• Prior experience at a Big 4 or major consulting firm
• Exceptional presentation, communication, and requirements‑gathering abilities
• Basic understanding of End‑to‑End (E2E) compensation processes (M&A experience is a massive plus!)

• Building, owning, and maintaining comprehensive project plans to track milestones and dependencies
• Leading cross‑functional meetings, driving discussions, and ensuring alignment across HR, Engineering, and Compensation SME
• Proactively identifying risks, navigating challenges, and driving mitigation strategies
• Documenting technical/business requirements, process flows, and decision log

• Location:
  
  Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 2 days/week in‑office, including Monday)
• Schedule:
  
  Standard EST working hours
• Growth:
  Contract role with strong potential for extension or conversion to full‑time

• Experience with Salesforce or similar project management tools
