• Consult with prospective advisors to devise effective transition strategies for their business to LPL
• Provide in-depth training on LPL technology to prepare advisors and their staff for operational needs
• Offer repapering support to assist new advisors in moving their business to LPL
• Serve as the primary contact for advisors during the transition, resolving issues and engaging management as needed
• Discuss technology needs and provide additional training on proprietary and third-party tools

• 2+ years of experience in financial services and/or a client-facing role
• Ability to travel up to 50-60% of the time
• Strong listening skills focused on understanding advisor needs
• Effective communication skills with colleagues and clients
• Proficiency in Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Salesforce

• 1+ year of training, business consulting, or practice management expertise in the investment services space
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
• Series 7 and 63, 65 or 66 licenses
