• Process customer orders accurately via phone, email and internal systems
• Enter, update and manage orders in ERP and order management systems
• Verify pricing, product availability and order details prior to fulfillment
• Communicate with customers regarding order status, changes, delays or discrepancies
• Support internal sales teams with order-related inquiries and documentation
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
• Provide professional, solution-oriented customer service in all interactions

• 2+ years of customer service experience in a B2B environment
• Experience with order processing and order entry
• Basic understanding of manufacturing or production processes
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable working with multiple systems and databases
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience supporting manufacturing, distribution, or food-related businesses preferred
• ERP or order management system experience preferred
• Experience supporting sales teams or account managers preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
