Responsibilities & Qualifications- Bachelor’s Degree in EE/Physics
- Design and Coordinating and Planning experience in Electrical going to Telecom/IT/Transformers/Utilities
- Broad knowledge of technically specialized field of magnetic component design for a wide area of application, magnetic and dielectric materials, heat transfer and transformer manufacturing practices.
- Experience in making recommendations and decisions involving major capital expenditures required in the design and development of product in accordance with customer requirements and profitable manufacturing.
- Management experience - general supervision of the Product Engineering function, with responsibility for results in terms of costs, methods and personnel. Responsible for supervising 13 to 18 persons.
