A regional construction company is looking to add a new Accountant to their team. This role has been newly created due to growth of the company and will have a direct line to the company CFO.

Job Duties:

• Partner with CFO on month/year end close procedures
• Assist with forecasting and budgeting
• Assist with preparation for annual internal audits
• Physical inventory
• Analyze and reconcile the general ledger accounts related to inventory
• Provide support for other accounting functions when needed

Job Qualifications:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2+ years of experience
• Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Problem solving and process improvement mindset
• Attention to detail and organization
