- Financial reporting - Prepare financial statements and analysis, including financial reporting requested by funders.
- Budgeting - Develop and implement the annual budget to meet organizational financial goals.
- Annual audit - Coordinate all annual audit activities and review tax return filings.
- Internal controls - Provide and maintain framework for internal controls around financial management and reporting.
- Lead accounting team - Supervise and oversee the Accounting Manager.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting required. MBA preferred.
- CPA required.
- 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in accounting and/or auditing.
- Prior financial leadership experience in non-profit organizations is a plus.
- Proficiency in billing software and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook); prior Quick Books experience is a plus.
