Continuum Therapy Partners is excited to offer a Lead Therapist opportunity ncis Health Services, a skilled nursing facility dedicated to exceptional patient care and collaborative teamwork. This is a unique chance to grow your career by blending hands‑on therapy services with peer leadership, program development, and clinical support.

Will consider an OT, PT, PTA, or SLP.

The Lead Therapist plays a key role in supporting the rehabilitation department by:

• Delivering high-quality therapy services within their licensed discipline (PT, PTA, OT, or SLP).
• Assisting with team coordination, scheduling, and daily operational flow.
• Serving as a clinical resource and liaison for the DOR, RVP, facility staff, and Continuum leadership.
• Promoting compliance, clinical excellence, and program development to ensure patient success.

This position functions as a peer leader, providing mentorship, team support, and quality assurance while remaining focused on direct patient care.
