Care Management Support Assistant

• Recognize ACD specific assessments/treatment plans and pend referrals and authorizations for review
• Coordinate authorizations with Autism Services Navigators and Utilization Management, answering inquiries from associates and providers
• Answer inbound calls regarding the TRICARE Autism Care Demonstration, educating beneficiaries and providers about the program
• Handle a high volume of work while meeting deadlines in a customer service or referral management capacity
• Utilize medical terminology knowledge to assist in the management of referrals

• U.S. Citizenship required due to Department of Defense contract
• Ability to receive interim approval for government security clearance
• 3 years of experience in customer service or referral management, handling a high volume of work
• 3 years of experience in the healthcare/medical or health insurance field
• Must be available to work a shift from 10:30 a.m. – 7 p.m. E.T.

• Military healthcare service experience or working knowledge of the TRICARE entitlement program
• Bachelor's degree
