Head of Recruiting (promote to President). Remote. Commission + Profit Sharing.
This is a Head of Recruiting role with a clear succession plan to become President of the company
.
This is not a comfy job. This is for a leader who wants to win, build, and run the company.

Psyc Talent is a small BCBA recruiting firm with strong demand and a high ceiling. The role exists to turn a proven recruiting service into a scalable high-performing operation.
What You Will DoThis is a hands-on leadership role
. Expect to be in the work, not above it.
- Personally recruit BCBAs (you must be excellent at recruiting)
- Build and scale multiple recruiting teams
- Own recruiting performance for the company
- Lead and manage all recruiting staff
- Document processes and playbooks
- Sell recruiting services to ABA companies
- Track metrics weekly and report to CEO
- Prepare to take over full operational leadership of the company
- Start as Head of Recruiting (6 - 12 months)
- Promote to Vice President (6 - 12 month)
- Promote to President

Required Experience- 10+ years in recruiting
- 5+ years recruiting hard-to-fill roles (BCBAs, physicians, developers, executives, etc.)
- 5+ years leading recruiting teams
- Extensive experience and success with outbound recruiting
- Experience in a recruiting firm
- Remote (U.S.)
- Preference for Wisconsin-based candidates
- Pay: Commission + Profit Sharing (no base salary)
- Benefits: 401(k) + company match; health insurance stipend (group plan added at end of 2026)
- Minimum performance: ~ $120,000
- Expected performance: ~ $200,000
- Great performance: ~ $300,000+
