Vice President of Power Platform Engineering

A global financial institution is seeking a Vice President of Power Platform Engineering to lead the design, development, and optimization of enterprise‑wide Power Platform solutions. • Maintain and monitor application performance, ensuring high availability, cost efficiency, and data integrity.

• Oversee automation of testing, deployment, and documentation, enforcing SDLC best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5 years of hands‑on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages).
• Proven record building custom applications, workflows, and data‑driven reports in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of integration architecture across Microsoft and external systems (Azure, Salesforce, APIs, etc.).
• Familiarity with Azure Functions, Dev Ops pipelines, SQL, and Python a plus.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and project leadership skills – able to balance technical depth with business awareness.
