Supply Chain Analyst

This role transforms operational data into actionable initiatives that improve service performance, plant production planning, schedule attainment, and schedule stability

• Extract, analyze, and interpret data from ERP and scheduling systems to support operations.
• Develop and maintain reports on service performance, capacity utilization, schedule attainment, and S&OP.
• Identify performance gaps in order fulfillment, forecast accuracy, and on-time delivery.
• Investigate root causes of issues and implement actions to improve performance.
• Lead analysis related to late orders, material shortages, and capacity constraints.
• Quantify operational and financial impacts of performance gaps.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain Excel-based reporting tools and automate processes while ensuring data accuracy.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills (pivot tables, lookups, etc.)
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and strong problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication and organizational skills
• Experience with ERP systems, data visualization tools, and manufacturing environments
