Production Operator

Production Operator 1 – Animix, LLC

We are looking for a motivated individual to assist in daily production tasks. The Production Operator will be part of the production team, ensuring that Animix produces high‑quality, specification‑compliant products while maintaining safety and cleanliness.

• Learn and proficiently operate 1–3 mixer systems.
• Execute all daily production duties to meet the production schedule.
• Read and follow production work instructions.
• Accurately weigh, select ingredients, record data on a barcode scanner, load mixers, and operate packaging equipment.
• Package finished products according to work instructions.
• Complete required paperwork and maintain inventory records.
• Maintain cleanliness of the plant as directed.
• Assist in providing a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow all SOPs, GMPs, HACCP guidelines, and regulations.
• Follow all safety rules and procedures.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent (prior production experience preferred).
• Forklift operating experience (preferred).
• Basic computer skills, barcode scanner proficiency, MS Office (Excel) and basic math.

Operator 1 reports directly to the Plant Operations Manager.

Work can sometimes be in a dusty environment. Ability to lift 50‑55 pounds. The product lines handle dairy, soy, nuts, and allergens—cross‑contamination precautions are in place. Ability to climb stairs, work at heights when needed, use portable ladders, and wear a disposable respirator (N95) or half‑face respirator if required.
