Location:
St. Francis, WI
Shift: 1st shift, Monday‑Friday, 7 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Pay: $17 – $23 per hour
Equipment: 6‑spindle New Britain screw machines.
ResponsibilitiesSet up multiple spindle automatic bar‑stock equipment, involved in machining standard, special or short‑run parts similar in nature, working with a limited range of materials. Set and adjust tools and tool holders, set stops, change and adjust cams, gears, adjust coolant, grind and sharpen drills, cutters, cut‑off tools, select speeds and feeds for standard jobs, determine operation sequences and modify and adapt tooling for special parts.
Examine blueprints and work orders to determine finished specifications of parts. Load material into machine for production. Start machine, observe operation, and verify conformance of parts to specifications, using measuring instruments such as gauges, calipers, and micrometers.

- Basic machine repair knowledge
- Must use SPC
- Ability to use Vantage
- Basic computer skills
- Basic math and reading skills
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Mechanical aptitude
- Ability to read and understand basic English
