Process Room Operator 2nd Shift

We're looking for a detail-driven and dependable Cream & AMF Processing Operator to help us maintain the perfect flow in our production process. In this role, you’ll operate critical equipment that processes cream and anhydrous milk fat (AMF), ensuring everything runs smoothly and meets our high standards for quality and safety. You’ll monitor weights, ingredients, pH levels, and cooling temps, while also performing C.I.P. cleaning, documentation, and minor maintenance adjustments.

You’ll even step in to assist with margarine system operations when needed, making you a versatile part of our production crew.

You’re someone who can follow procedures, think on your feet, and work independently. You’ve got a sharp eye for detail, good organizational skills, and you’re comfortable around equipment and routine maintenance. Whether it’s adjusting settings, checking quality specs, or keeping your area spotless — you take pride in doing things right.

Summary of Pay:

Compensation for this position ranges from $19.00-$29.21 per hour, plus a $1.00 per hour shift differential. We value the skills and background each candidate brings and offer a competitive pay structure designed to recognize your expertise and contributions.
