QPS Employment Group is hiring a Blender Operator for a company in Saint Francis, WI. This is an associate to hire opportunity on 1st shift.

Blender Operator Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:

• Assist with the setup, adjustment, and operation of blending equipment to produce products according to established formulas and specifications
• Operate packaging equipment and pack finished products into shipping cartons
• Monitor production processes to ensure product quality and consistency
• Work with the production team to meet daily production schedules and requirements
• Complete required production and quality documentation
• Follow all quality control guidelines, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), food safety standards, and company safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and assist with equipment cleaning and sanitation as needed

Blender Operator Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to frequently lift and move up to 50 pounds
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive motions
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to spices, seasonings, dust, and noise
