Key ResponsibilitiesAs a CNA, you will play a vital role in supporting residents' comfort, dignity, and overall well‑being.
Responsibilities include:- Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Monitoring and reporting changes in resident condition to nursing staff
- Responding promptly to resident call lights and requests
- Supporting admissions, transfers, and discharge processes
- Assisting with meal service and resident nutrition needs
- Maintaining accurate documentation of care provided
- Promoting a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
- Working collaboratively with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to deliver exceptional care
- Current and active California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable, compassionate, and resident‑focused approach
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced healthcare environment
- Commitment to teamwork, professionalism, and quality care
