C&T Siding and Windows is looking for a motivated, customer-focused sales professional who wants to be part of a growing company—not just close deals. This role is ideal for someone who values building trust, guiding homeowners through important decisions, and supporting customers from the first conversation through project completion.

As a C&T Sales Consultant you’ll work with qualified prospects and focus on what matters most: educating customers, designing the right siding and window solutions, and delivering an exceptional experience from start to finish.

This is a commission-based position with strong earning potential, backed by ongoing training, proven systems, and a company committed to quality and growth. POSITION

SUMMARY/

JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Demonstrates initiative and commitment to company growth and results to ensure long term success
  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid logic/reasoning to existing and prospective customers
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers
  • Maintain an organized approach to territory, with ongoing status knowledge of current customers
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
  • Communicate effectively to Sales Director/Management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
  • The ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs

  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Desire to continuously improve and grow through ongoing learning, welcoming new ideas and feedback
  • Experience with CRM programs
  • BS/BA degree and/or equivalent work experience
