Job Description:
We are seeking a Rough Carpenter Apprentice with a foundational understanding of building Decks, Patios, Pergolas, Sun & Screen Rooms, and 3 or 4-season rooms. This position offers an excellent opportunity for growth and skill development under the guidance of experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the construction of various outdoor and indoor structures.
* Learn and apply basic carpentry techniques under supervision.
* Follow safety protocols and adhere to quality standards.
* Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements:
* Basic understanding of carpentry principles and tools.
* Willingness to learn and take direction.
* Ability to work efficiently as part of a team.
* Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
* Commitment to working 40-50 hours per week, year-round.
* 401(k) eligibility after 6 months of employment.

Job Type: Full-time
Starting Pay: $15-$18 per hour (Based on experience and performance)
