We are currently looking for dependable, hardworking team members to join our delivery and installation team as a Lead Mover & Driver (Non-CDL).
What You’ll Do- Safely drive and operate newer 26-ft automatic box trucks
- Deliver and move commercial restaurant equipment and furniture
- Load, unload, stage, and position equipment at customer locations
- Work as part of a professional moving and installation team
- Provide outstanding customer service during deliveries and installations
- Assist with warehouse support and equipment preparation as needed
- Maintain safe work practices and professional jobsite conduct
Moving and handling equipment is the core responsibility of this role.
Requirements- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid driver’s license with 3+ years of driving experience
- Clean driving record for the past 3 years (no major violations)
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly throughout the day
- Comfortable climbing stairs and working in active environments
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Strong work ethic and reliability required
Experience in moving, delivery, warehouse operations, construction, box trucks, military, or customer service is helpful — but we are willing to train motivated individuals.
- Earn $26–$28/hour based on experience
- Excellent long-term earning potential
