Accounting Clerk

About the Position

We are seeking a hard‑working, innovative, detail‑oriented, and creative team player to join our organization as a full‑time Accounting Clerk located in Orem, Utah. The individual we are looking for enjoys working in a team environment and also excels at independent work.

• Analyzing and approving expense reports
• Assist with data entry related projects as needed
• Assist with other accounting and payroll projects as needed
• Review, record and enter Accounts Payable bills using
• Ensure all bills are properly approved by appropriate internal parties
• Record customer payments using Quick Books Online

• Education:
  
  High school diploma (Required)
• Experience:
  
  Accounting (One year preferred, but not required)

• and Quick Books Online experience is preferred
• Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Ability to work efficiently in a high‑pace environment, including meeting deadlines
• Proficient with Windows‑based computer systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, Google docs
• Detail oriented
• Great organizational skills
