Junior Manufacturing Accountant

Manufacturing Accounting Position

Looking for an individual with experience in Manufacturing Accounting that can successfully manage our finances.

• Must be a U.S. person.
• Bachelor's degree (or pursuing one) in Manufacturing Accounting or Cost Accounting or a related field.
• Willing to commute (position is only in-person).
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Supervise accounting functions, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
• Develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and long-term financial planning.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, including tax regulations.
• Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard the company's assets and ensure reliable financial reporting.
• Work with external auditors during audits and implement recommendations.
• Interpersonal communication skills.

• Standard and actual costing
• Inventory and WIP valuation
• Manufacturing overhead allocation
• Variance analysis
• Job and product profitability

• Navigate Excel.
• Analyze complex financial data.
• Familiarity with accounting software and financial modeling tools.
• Experience with Quick Books, , or similar.
• Accounting practices.
• Reconciliation

• Full Time:
  Monday-Friday 8am-6pm.
• Overtime Pay.
