Position Overview
A growing wellness and service-based franchise business in the St. George, Utah area is hiring a Part-Time Executive Assistant to support a fast-moving executive team and ownership group. This role is ideal for someone who is highly detail oriented, dependable, and energized by helping a growing business run better every day.

In this position, you will help manage day-to-day administrative and operational needs for the executive team while supporting the overall client experience of the business.
The right candidate is not simply task-oriented.
Self-starter who looks at existing processes, identifies gaps, and helps make systems more efficient over time. You should be comfortable solving problems, thinking critically, taking initiative without constant direction, and handling a mix of routine responsibilities and unexpected needs with professionalism.
Part-time position at 20–30 hours per week based in the St. George, Utah area
, with a pay range of $15 to $25 per hour
, depending on experience, reliability, and overall fit. The schedule requires flexibility, as business needs may vary from week to week. Because this role may involve local errands, business support tasks, and in-person coordination, candidates must have:
