Receptionist - St. George, Utah

Parsons Behle & Latimer, a law firm, is seeking a full-time Receptionist for our St. George, Utah office. Responsibilities include answering phones, greeting clients, scheduling conference rooms and meetings, ordering lunches, and assisting with the overflow of secretarial projects. Work hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.The hourly rate of pay is commensurate with experience.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least two years in a professional office setting or similar role
• Experience using Microsoft Office 365
• High level of accuracy, efficiency and accountability
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with clients and employees within the firm
