The Financial Analyst supports financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis for the world’s largest regional airline. This role partners closely with operational and commercial teams to evaluate financial performance, drive data-informed decisions, and ensure accurate reporting.

• Support monthly close, forecasting, and annual budgeting processes.
• Conduct in-depth analysis and reporting on more than $1.6M in annual wages.
• Review details in specific expense accounts to locate opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare and review departmental financial analysis reports.
• Identify opportunities to use automation and AI to create efficiencies in current processes.
• Provide support for internal and external auditing.
• Assist with strategic analysis.

• 18 years of age or older.
• Have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or similar field.
• Professional experience in financial analysis is a plus, but not required.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Able to prioritize and multi-task effectively.
