What you’ll own
Win the first meaningful set of paying customers, turn that into a repeatable acquisition system, and build a product and operating rhythm that delivers strong retention — clean enough to scale or sell.
Revenue end-to-end: lead gen, sales, onboarding, retention, expansion. Pricing and packaging. The commercial roadmap and what we build next. Day‑to‑day operations, tooling, support, and reporting. Customer success from activation through renewal.
What I’m looking for- Proven track record getting B2B SaaS customers from scratch
- Strong sales execution: outbound, demos, objection handling, closing, pipeline hygiene
- Marketing that converts: positioning, offers, landing pages, email sequences, partnerships
- High product judgement — knows what to build, what to ignore, what to fix now
- Some experience working with developers to ship features
- Data fluency: weekly numbers, CAC/LTV, drop‑offs, quick action
- Ability to recruit and manage contractors when needed
