B.H. Inc. is hiring a full‑time EHS Manager to oversee safety programs and ensure compliance across all project sites within our I&E Renewables division. The position requires a background in construction and a passion for environmental health and safety. Competitive annual salary ranges from $88,900 to $100,000, with potential negotiation for the right candidate.

• Bilingual Spanish fluency is required to communicate with diverse teams.
• Preferred certifications include OSHA 510, CHST, OHST, CIT, or other BCSP designations.
• Proficiency with Google G Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets) is preferred.
• Physically capable of climbing ladders, balancing on narrow surfaces, and working in extreme weather conditions (below 32° or above 100°).
• Willingness to travel frequently between project sites in Utah and Idaho, sometimes on short notice.
• Safe driving record required for operating BHI fleet equipment.
• Self‑driven professional with strong attention to detail, proactive leadership, and a commitment to safety.
