• Assist the Superintendent in overseeing daily on-site construction activities for residential and commercial projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and equipment to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards, safety protocols, and compliance with plans/specifications
• Communicate effectively with project teams, clients, architects, and stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues
• Help manage project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders
• Support scheduling, sequencing of work, and problem-solving on-site challenges
• Enforce safety regulations and promote a safe working environment
• Contribute to pre-construction planning and handover processes

• 2+ years of experience in construction, preferably as an assistant superintendent, foreman, or similar field role
• Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial building processes, materials, and methods
• Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Valid driver s license and reliable transportation
• Commitment to safety and quality craftsmanship
