• Oversee day‑to‑day field operations for commercial construction projects
• Manage subcontractors, crews, materials, and schedules to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients to resolve issues and maintain clear communication
• Enforce safety protocols, quality control, and compliance with building codes and regulations
• Conduct regular site inspections, progress tracking, and reporting to stakeholders
• Handle change orders, problem‑solving, and resource allocation to keep projects on track
• Foster a positive, productive site environment while delivering precise, high‑craftsmanship results

• 5–10 years of experience as a Superintendent or similar role in commercial construction
• Proven experience with metal building construction and/or mini storage/self‑storage facility projects preferred
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor management
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contracts
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for site work
• Commitment to safety, quality, and on‑time project delivery
