We are seeking an experienced Construction Estimator who is confident working independently as well as with a team from start to finish — including quantity takeoffs, pricing, bid development, and presentation of proposals to owners and stakeholders. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, performs well in pre‑bid walkthroughs, and is comfortable representing the company during interviews and proposal meetings.

• Assist in the full estimating process for assigned projects for the full lifecycle of preconstruction, from concept through final bid
• Interpret the construction plans, specifications
• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs, scope reviews, and cost analysis
• Review subcontractor and supplier proposals for scope alignment
• Prepare bid schedules, clarifications, and value engineering options
• Bid‑Day Management & Submission, direct bid day operations, clarifications, last minute scope gap closure and final risk/margin decisions
• Coordinate with operations and project management teams during handoff
• Maintain estimating database, historical pricing, and cost benchmarking

• Pre‑bid site visits & walkthroughs
• Owner presentations & interviews
• Pre‑construction meetings
• Develop and maintain client relationships
• Networking and building relationships with trade partners.
• Collaboration with Owners, Architects, Engineers and Project Managers

• Experience as a Construction Estimator (commercial construction preferred)
• Strong knowledge of construction means and methods
• Design Build
