Superintendent – Paving & Underground Utilities

We are a growing paving and underground utility contractor in Southern Utah, offering expertise in small paving projects, grading, and utility projects. This full‑time position offers competitive pay, a supportive team environment, and opportunities to grow with the company.

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year

• Supervise day‑to‑day field operations for paving, grading, and underground utility installations
• Coordinate equipment, materials, and workforce to ensure timely project completion
• Ensure job site safety, quality, and compliance with project plans and specifications
• Communicate effectively with project managers, inspectors, and field teams
• Track production and help maintain project schedules and budgets

• 5+ years of experience in heavy civil, paving, or underground utilities
• Proven leadership in managing crews and subcontractors
• Strong knowledge of DOT standards, utility installation, and asphalt paving
• Ability to read plans and interpret specifications
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
