Ground Preparation / Road Base Work:
Prepare ground surfaces for road construction, including grading and leveling subgrade and base materials.;
Operate hand tools and compactors to level and compact base layers.;
Paving & Grade Crew Support:
Rake and leveling material behind paving equipment; walk alongside pavers to shape and finish roadway surfaces.;
Material Handling & Site Setup:
Load, unload, move, and distribute materials; assist with traffic control setup (cones, barricades, signage).;
Safety & Compliance:
Follow OSHA/MSHA and company safety procedures; maintain a safe work environment
