* About the Role:

** We are seeking an experienced Construction Estimator who is confident working independently as well as with a team from start to finish — including quantity takeoffs, pricing, bid development, and presentation of proposals to owners and stakeholders. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, performs well in pre-bid walkthroughs, and is comfortable representing the company during interviews and proposal meetings.

* Key Responsibilities:

*** Assist in the full estimating process for assigned projects for the full lifecycle of preconstruction, from concept through final bid
* Interpret the construction plans, specifications
* Perform detailed quantity takeoffs, scope reviews, and cost analysis
* Review subcontractor and supplier proposals for scope alignment
* Prepare bid schedules, clarifications, and value engineering options
* Bid-Day Management & Submission, direct bid day operations, clarifications, last minute scope gap closure and final risk/margin decisions
* Coordinate with operations and project management teams during handoff
* Maintain estimating database, historical pricing, and cost benchmarking
** Attend and Represent the Company:
*** Pre-bid site visits & walkthroughs
* Owner presentations & interviews
* Pre-construction meetings
* Develop and maintain client relationships
* Networking and building relationships with trade partners.
* Collaboration with Owners, Architects, Engineers and Project Managers
** Required Experience &

Qualifications:

*** Experience as a Construction Estimator (commercial construction preferred)
* Strong knowledge of construction means and methods
* Design Build
