We're looking for an experienced Superintendent to lead ground-up residential construction on a project in Page, AZ. This is a full-time, on-site position. You'll own the job from dirt to certificate of occupancy – managing subs, enforcing schedule, maintaining quality, and keeping the build moving without excuses.

Page is a remote market. We need someone who can operate independently, solve problems in the field, and communicate clearly without being micromanaged.

• Run daily site operations from groundbreaking through final walkthrough
• Schedule, coordinate, and hold subcontractors accountable to scope, timeline, and quality
• Conduct regular inspections and ensure all work meets MTH standards and local code requirements
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site at all times
• Communicate proactively with the project manager and ownership team on progress, delays, and issues
• Document site activity, inspections, and approvals through daily logs
• Coordinate with municipal inspectors and ensure timely permit approvals

• 3+ years of experience as a superintendent or lead foreman on residential construction projects
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and hold a schedule
• Solid understanding of residential building codes and inspection processes in Arizona (or adjacent states)
• Strong communicator – you can elevate a problem clearly and propose a solution in the same breath
• Self-directed and comfortable operating on a remote job site with limited daily oversight
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred
• Experience with custom or semi-custom single-family homes is a strong plus
