At Visionary Homes, our mission is simple: to edify everyone within our circle of influence. That means we strive to uplift the lives of our team members, home buyers, trade partners, and communities in every step of the homebuilding journey.

Behind every great home is a Superintendent who takes pride in quality, ownership, and creating an outstanding experience for homeowners. If you enjoy leading construction projects, building strong relationships, solving problems, and seeing a finished home come to life, this may be the perfect opportunity for you.

As Visionary Homes continues to grow in Southern Utah, we are looking for a Superintendent who is passionate about craftsmanship, customer service, and delivering homes that families will love for years to come.

About the Role

We are seeking a Superintendent to join our Production team in St. George, Utah. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day construction of multiple homes from permit through closing while ensuring quality standards, schedules, safety requirements, and homeowner expectations are met.

This is a highly visible position that works closely with trade partners, city inspectors, homeowners, and internal teams to ensure every home is built to Visionary Homes' standards. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, quality-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced construction environment.

Success in this role requires strong communication, attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining Visionary's high standards for quality and customer satisfaction.
