PositionSummary
We are seeking a dedicated Superintendent to oversee our projects from inception to completion. You will be pivotal in managing subcontractors, ensuring the safety and quality of our sites, and supporting our project managers to deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities- Direct and manage subcontractors from the start through to the completion of construction projects.
- Ensure the highest standards of safety, scheduling, and quality control are met on-site.
- Support and enhance project team accountability and morale.
- Provide technical direction to construction teams.
- Manage risks to minimize project exposure.
- Maintain effective communication and foster strong relationships with all stakeholders, including owners, subcontractors, designers, and the public.
- Track and document all project-related progress and communications in Procore.
- Demonstrated professionalism, self-motivation, and organizational skills.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in supervisory roles in commercial construction, managing subcontractors, and ensuring project adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Advanced education or additional certifications in construction management.
- Demonstrated leadership within professional or community organizations.
