CRH - - Responsibilities:
Ground Preparation / Road Base Work:
Prepare ground surfaces for road construction, including grading and leveling subgrade and base materials.;
Paving & Grade Crew Support:
Assist paving crews by raking and leveling material behind paving equipment and signal equipment operators for alignment.;
Material Handling & Site Setup:
Load, unload, move, and distribute materials, tools, and equipment; assist with traffic control setup.;
General Labor Duties:
Perform manual labor such as digging, sweeping, and compacting materials; operate small power tools as needed.;
Safety & Compliance:
Follow OSHA/MSHA and company safety procedures; maintain a safe work environment and report hazards.
