Commercial Concrete Superintendent

Innovative Concrete, LLC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Concrete Superintendent to lead our team in delivering high-quality concrete projects. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for the construction site, overseeing the details of concrete operations and ensuring that all projects are completed on time, safely, and within budget.

Your leadership role is vital in coordinating between project managers, clients and subcontractors to ensure clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle. You will be responsible for monitoring site progress, managing labor resources, and implementing effective methods to achieve project goals.

• Minimum of 5 years experience in concrete construction, with a proven track record in a supervisory or superintendent capacity
• In-depth knowledge of concrete construction techniques and industry best practices
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, personnel, and schedules efficiently
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Capability to interpret construction drawings and specifications effectively
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to address challenges proactively
• Physical stamina and the ability to work in varying weather conditions on construction site
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job site
• Ability to pass a federal criminal background check and drug screening
