Site Manager, Construction Manager/ Foreman, Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Location: St. George, UT (with travel to Zion National Park)
Job Type: Full-Time, 40-60 hours/week (Monday - Saturday)
Compensation: $95,000 - $120,000 / year (Depending on Experience) + Per Diem
Qualifications- A proven track record of delivering construction projects on time and within scope.
- Strong experience creating comprehensive project plans and schedules while successfully managing scope, cost, quality, and timelines.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to track project performance using clear metrics.
- Proactive problem‑solving abilities and the flexibility to attend early morning or late afternoon meetings when coordinating with clients, subcontractors, or cross‑functional teams.
- A strong work ethic and a commitment to field safety and team collaboration.
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and successfully delivering projects from initiation through completion. This role oversees project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and quality standards while ensuring alignment with organizational goals by establishing project objectives, assigning responsibilities, tracking deliverables, managing changes, and ensuring effective collaboration across departments.
Managing the high‑profile UDOT Zion Canyon Fiber Optic project, your day will begin with a morning coordination meeting and participating in stretch and flex with the crews. You will coordinate daily activities, review schedules, identify critical activities, address safety concerns, confirm priorities, and preemptively resolve potential conflicts like overlapping work areas or delayed material deliveries. You will regularly walk the site to verify progress, inspect work quality, observe safety practices, speak directly with field supervisors, evaluate unexpected field conditions, and complete progress reports, plan tomorrow's activities, update schedules, review costs, and distribute critical meeting notes.
