• Lead day-to-day field operations across commercial and/or multi-family construction projects
• Maintain complete ownership of schedule execution, subcontractor coordination, and site productivity
• Enforce strict safety standards and cultivate a culture where safety is non-negotiable
• Coordinate with Project Managers, owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners to maintain project alignment
• Conduct site meetings with confidence, clarity, and accountability
• Anticipate project risks and proactively implement solutions before they impact schedule or budget
• Monitor quality control across every phase of construction and ensure work meets company and client standards
• Oversee inspections, permits, and compliance requirements
• Track manpower, sequencing, material deliveries, and field logistics with precision
• Maintain organized documentation including daily reports, site logs, schedules, and progress updates
• Mentor Assistant Superintendents and field personnel while reinforcing operational discipline across the site

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience within commercial, industrial, or multi-family construction
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and field coordination
• Ability to command a jobsite through composure, decisiveness, and technical expertise
  
  Proven experience managing subcontractors and driving accountability
• Deep knowledge of OSHA standards and construction safety practices
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents
• Excellent communication skills with both field and executive-level teams
• Proficiency with construction management software and scheduling platforms
• Stable work history with a reputation for dependable project delivery
