Horrocks seeks a Structures Cost Estimator / Constructability Specialist to turn field knowledge into reliable estimates, identify risk, and guide decisions before construction. The role is remote and part-time for residents of the Wasatch Front or Northern Utah.
You will develop structural estimates for heavy highway and heavy civil projects, coordinate pricing with contacts, perform constructability reviews, and support pre/post-let activities with project teams.
