Senior Project Manager | Salt Lake City, UT

A well-established General Contractor is looking to add an experienced Senior Project Manager to their team in Salt Lake City, Utah. This position will focus primarily on retail construction, with a strong emphasis on grocery store projects.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing grocery and retail projects from preconstruction through completion and be comfortable overseeing projects in different markets.

• Manage commercial retail projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, and overall project performance
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors
• Manage subcontractor relationships and project buyout
• Review and manage project schedules, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay applications
• Monitor project costs and identify potential risks or issues
• Lead project meetings and maintain strong communication with project stakeholders
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget
• Travel to project locations as needed

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager with a General Contractor
• Required:
  
  Experience managing grocery store construction projects
• Strong background in retail and commercial construction
• Experience managing projects from preconstruction through completion
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, budgets, scheduling, and project controls
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project priorities
• Willingness to travel to project locations as needed
